Spacetime Diplomacy

Fixed the obvious consistent bugs. There may still be more.

Controls: d-pad up/down: select character and stage (only P1 can select stage), Lstick: move, A: jump, B: light attack/air attack, X: projectile throw, Y: special (only available while crouching on the shooter), Bumpers: heavy attack (fighter), charge/shoot (shooter), Triggers: guard

EDIT: for some reason, the sprite of the opponent stops displaying after the second hit of the fighter's light combo and then reappears as soon as you move it again... working on it.
